Shipping policy

We currently only ship to the UK.

We ship via Royal Mail using 1st class signed for delivery. Whilst I have never lost a parcel or had any issues with Royal Mail - please allow for a delay to shipping due to Coronavirus.

Alphabloom is not responsible for any delay in shipping or any fees/taxes/duties that the customer may incur upon delivery.
